SCOUT. Cal. 31. S# 842x. Honest "as found" London Colt pocket model with old card stating it belonged to Harry O'Shaunaessy, a General Custer's 7th Cavalry the day before Battle of Little Big Horn. Regardless, where the history came from, revolver is in standard configuration, 5" octagonal barrel with London address, British proofed barrel and each chamber of 5-shot cylinder. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: small file of research. CONDITION: Good to very good overall, gray/plum patina, good rolled cylinder scene, all matching serial numbers with the exception of unmarked old replacement wedge. Grips have traces of original varnish with moderate to heavy edge wear. Functional, good rifle bore.
